HAKEN LIGHTHOUSE (Hakens Fyr )

The beach around the
Light-House is an excellent
fishing-spot, cod mostly

Below the supposed spot where "HAMMARS CASTLE" stood, and the terrible lady Grimhild ruled, Hakens lighthouse has shown sailors safe course for many years.
A memorial-placgue by the lane, shows that electricity came to the island in 1939.
March 1998 the lane was further demolished by a landslide and it is now quite hard to reach Haken from Bäckviken Harbour. Walk to the right in Bäckviken, and continue and pass the
Youth-Hostel

Be careful !
This is yeti-country...
