Card valid up to 3hrs           = 30kr.
24hrs Boats up to 8metres  = 60kr.
24hrs Boats 8 - 11metres    = 70kr.
24hrs Boats 11 - 14metres  = 100kr
24hrs Boats over 14metres = 150kr.
Passenger boats up to 3hrs = 150kr.
Passenger boats 24hrs        = 200kr.

Electricity connection          = 30kr

 At the Harbour there is access to toilets, showers, laundry, waste disposal, petrol and diesel.

 Things to See and Do
Discover sandy beaches, clean bathing, the lush green rolling hills of Backafallen, Saint Ibb's picturesque Old Church, fishing trips, barbecues, the exhibition "Kyrkbacken and its History," restaurants, excursions, taxi boats, a fish smokehouse where you can sample the freshly smoked fish, freshly baked bread and other mouth-watering titbits, souvenir shop with water paintings and hand-turned pottery etc. art exhibitions, kiosks and more ..

 Kyrkbacken Harbour is an idyllic anchorage with a 150yr history. Just above the harbour, St. Ibb's medieval church watches over past and present seafarers.
( St Ibb, or St Iacobus, was the patron saint of seafarers and merchants )
A SHORT HISTORY
1846. 300yr centenary for Tycho Brahe. He went ashore at the beach below Kyrkbacken (The Church Hill). The            harbour foundations are layed.
1861. The Kyrkbacken fishermen start their own school.
1880. Kyrkbacken's Harbour Construction Co. begins operating.
1889. Three fishermen engaged as dredgers go on strike. The Harbour Board retaliates by excluding them from             work in the harbour for life!
1902. A terrible storm on Boxing Day almost devastates the harbour.
1905. Kyrkbacken Harbour applies for State subsidies to reinforce and improve the harbour.
1907. Kyrkbacken Harbour builds a customs house.
1942. Harbour basin for fishing boats is built.
1960. Major restoration of the southern bridge is carried out.
1996. Kyrkbacken Harbour celebrates 150yrs anniversary. The exhibition "Kyrkbacken and its History" ia            opened by the actor Sven Wollter.

Kyrkbacken Harbour is visited each year by thousands of small leisure craft from all over the world. Besides fresh bathing, good food and delightful natural surroundings, you'll also find the exhibition:
